Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years' experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• NMLS license required; active MLO licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls based on leads using the company’s technology.
• Analyze credit reports and financial scenarios to determine suitable loan products.
• Communicate fees and price a profitable loan to operations team.
• Obtain executed disclosures within regulatory time frames.
• Coordinate and track loan documents and processing steps.
• Maintain and manage client databases and marketing materials.
