Regions Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes and align IT solutions with key business initiatives. The role may act as a liaison between business units and IT, supporting agile product owners and providing after-hours on-call support as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience or a High School Diploma with 7+ years, preferably with banking or financial services experience and familiarity with Blend and Empower

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years related experience or HS diploma with 7+ years related experience.
• Experience with mortgage/home equity systems is a plus.
• Experience supporting applications and BI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Align IT solutions with business initiatives through process analysis and cost/benefit assessments.
• Act as liaison between business lines and IT.
• Support agile product owners with feature refinement and UAT.
