Credit Human in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Community Mortgage Relationship Executive to expand homeownership access by developing a robust network of referral partners and delivering mortgage solutions.

You will drive mortgage referral volume, strengthen partner relationships, and collaborate with Home Loans, operations, and marketing to meet growth, profitability, and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience related to the role.
• 3+ years of mortgage experience.
• Marketing and financial analysis experience preferred.
• Business development experience a plus.
• Registration as Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS considered.

Responsabilités

• Build and activate a network of referral partners to create a steady pipeline of qualified mortgage opportunities.
• Grow mortgage referral volume and market share through focused business development plans.
• Strengthen partner retention with responsive communication and education.
• Collaborate across Home Loans, operations, portfolio management, and marketing to meet growth, profitability, and risk standards.
• Expand Credit Human’s visibility through community engagement and industry events.
