Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional in the United States (Texas) to cultivate, build, and manage relationships with a referral network to generate mortgage originations and grow BMO’s home financing market share.

You will identify sales opportunities, coordinate with branches, guide customers through applications, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts referral and origination sources to build mortgage pipeline.
• Develops and executes marketing programs to drive home financing results.
• Guides customers through mortgage application and processing activities.
• Partners with branch teams to hand off customers and finalize mortgage documentation.
• Ensures timely funds and exceptional customer service.
