First United Bank Mortgage is expanding its San Antonio team and seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who thrive in outside sales, building relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and referral partners.

You will originate and close retail mortgage loans, guide applicants through the process, analyze credit, present loan options, and ensure a smooth closing while upholding First United’s standards of service and compliance.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have at least two years’ experience in mortgage lending environment.
• Proven record of success for generating sales in a mortgage lending environment.
• Must be currently working as a Mortgage Loan Officer closing a minimum of 2 self-sourced loans per month.

Responsabilidades

• Generate referral business and build relationships with real estate professionals.
• Cross-sell First United Bank products and services.
• Take loan applications; analyze and pre-qualify applicant information.
• Counsel borrowers through the application, approval and closing process.
• Attend closings and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
