Qualifications

• MD barred attorney with JD required.
• Six to eight years' experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking.
• Ability to draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Experience interfacing with clients, opposing counsel and team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritizing a large caseload.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Attending hearings and status conferences.
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members.
• Providing creative solutions to mitigate client risk.
