Job summary

McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC in Maryland seeks a Maryland barred associate attorney with 6–8 years of experience in title, mortgage banking, foreclosure or bankruptcy. You will manage a large caseload, draft pleadings, and appear at hearings while coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• MD barred attorney with JD required.
• Six to eight years' experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking.

• Experience interfacing with clients, opposing counsel and team members.

What We Need

• SeekingMaryland barred associate attorney in our MD office, DC and VA bars a plus

• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing
• Six to Eight years' experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking
• Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
