Qualifications

• Active Maryland State Bar membership in good standing.
• Admission to the Virginia State Bar highly desirable.
• 1–5 years of practice in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors' rights law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maryland foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion.
• Perform legal reviews of loan instruments and financial documentation for compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure processes.
• Maintain internal case management systems with precise documentation.
