Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes customers. You will work alongside mortgage professionals from pre-qualification to closing, while gaining exposure to regulatory processes.

As an intern, you will learn processing, underwriting, and customer communication, participate in settlements, and collaborate with sales and production teams. Many former interns move into full-time roles within NVR.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college degree program and graduating within 12 months preferred.
• Highly driven and self-motivated with leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage professionals in pre-qualifying buyers.
• Guide customers from application to settlement in a competitive market.
• Gain experience in processing, underwriting, and closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding and mortgage processes.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver customer dreams.
