Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes, or Heartland Homes customers. You'll assist in processing, pre-qualification, underwriting, and closings while learning regulatory requirements.

Many interns become full-time employees. You will work with mortgage professionals, learn to guide customers from application to settlement, and interact with sales and production teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, graduation within 12 months preferred.
• Highly driven and self-motivated with leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Students from all degree majors are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify buyers and negotiate financing options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive market.
• Gain experience in processing, obtaining mortgage approval, and closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver customers' dream homes.
