NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program will provide hands on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process for our Ryan Homes, NVHomes or Heartland Homes homebuilding customers. You'll gain practical experience in processing, closing, underwriting, customer communication and negotiation while learning about the regulatory process that governs the mortgage industry.

Many past interns have become full-time employees!

Qualifikationen

• Current enrollment in college degree program (scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship is preferred).
• Highly driven & self-motivated with leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Students from all degree majors are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Work alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective buyers and discuss financing options.
• Learn how to guide customers from initial application to settlement in a highly competitive marketplace.
• Gain experience in processing and obtaining mortgage approval and conducting mortgage closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry that NVR Mortgage supports.
• Spend time with sales and production teams to experience the hard work and management skills that come together to deliver a customer\'s dream home.
