Job summary

NVR Mortgage Summer Internship program provides hands-on experience in all aspects of the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes or Heartland Homes customers. You will gain practical experience in processing, closing, underwriting, customer communication and negotiation while learning the regulatory process that governs the mortgage industry. And many interns become full-time employees!

Qualifications

Current enrollment in college degree program (scheduled to graduate within 12 months preferred).
Highly driven & self-motivated with leadership experience.
Strong communication skills.
Current Driver’s License.
Students from all degree majors are welcome.

Responsibilities

Work alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective home buyers and negotiate financing options.
Learn guiding customers from initial application to settlement in a competitive marketplace.
Gain experience in processing and obtaining mortgage approvals and closings.
Learn about the homebuilding industry that NVR Mortgage supports.
Spend time with sales and production teams to understand teamwork delivering the customer’s dream.
