Responsibilities

• Work alongside mortgage professionals as they pre-qualify prospective buyers and negotiate options.
• Guide customers from initial application to settlement date in a competitive marketplace.
• Gain experience in processing and obtaining mortgage approval and closings.
• Learn about the homebuilding industry supported by NVR Mortgage.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver the customer’s dream home.
