Job summary

The role reports directly to the SVP Mortgage Accounting Manager and maintains loan and MSR ledgers and reconciliations.

Daily duties include processing deposits, managing first payments, data entry for funding wires, A/P for the mortgage department, and tracking appraisal

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process daily/weekly deposits (title checks).
• Manage 1st payments due to Prosperity Bank.
• Data Entry - all funding wire GL entries.
• Process A/P for the mortgage department.
• Assist with tracking appraisal funds and payments.
