Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years mortgage accounting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, proficient with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Compute and enter daily/weekly deposits (title checks).
• Verify and enter loan purchases – portfolio and secondary market.
• Manage 1st payments due to Prosperity Bank.
• Data Entry - all funding wire GL entries.
• Maintain detailed spreadsheets following each loan through the loan process.
• Manage mortgage expense reports/submissions.
• Process A/P for the mortgage department.
• Reconciliations of mortgage GL’s.
• Compute commissions/bonuses for all LO’s.
• Scanning/Filing.
