Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is recruiting independent Mortgage Field Inspectors in Virginia to perform property inspections for mortgage companies on a flexible schedule.

This is a 1099 contract role with weekly pay and pays per inspection, with earnings typically around $20+ per hour depending on volume. Inspectors travel locally within assigned territories and must have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, smartphone, and internet-enabled computer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.

• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/InspectorKeys via provided links.

Responsibilities

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectorsto perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughout VA. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.
