Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. Flexible schedule, 1099 contract, and weekly pay; prior inspection experience is a plus but not required.

Inspect in counties Chesapeake, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Surry, and Sussex. Roles involve determining occupancy, photographing properties, delivering notices, and reporting via InspectorADE from your own vehicle and territory.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role; no license required.
• Reliable vehicle and auto insurance to travel in territory.
• Smartphone and internet-connected computer.
• Driver's license valid and up to date.
• Ability to manage time and communications effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.

This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties; counties available are Chesapeake, Isle of Wight, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Surry, and Sussex. Coverage areas will be determined based on available counties, your location, and your availability.
