Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. This 1099 contract role covers Westmoreland County, PA and surrounding areas.

You manage your own schedule, traveling locally with a flexible mix of part-time or full-time work. Inspectors may evaluate exterior occupancy, interior conditions when applicable, and complete reports via InspectorADE from your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel within territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) required.
• Computer with internet access required.
• Printer and basic office supplies may be needed.
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#).
• HUD/InspectorKeys access provided if onboarding with GIS.
• Voltstick and selfie stick may be needed.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in Westmoreland County, PA and surrounding areas.Coverage areas will be determined based on available counties, your location, and your availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector
