GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a flexible schedule, offering part-time or full-time opportunities across multiple counties in Virginia.

No licensing required; prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Inspectors will assess occupancy status, photograph properties, and document conditions using a mobile app.

Responsibilities

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule. Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections. This contract position performs mortgage field inspections. We currently have openings in Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Fluvanna, Goochland, Louisa, Nelson, Nottaway, Powhatan, and Prince Edward. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability; you are not required to cover all areas listed.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector
