Inspectors travel locally to inspect properties, determine occupancy, photograph conditions, and complete reports via InspectorADE. A valid license, insured vehicle, smartphone, and internet access are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel in your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet-connected computer.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#). Onboarding will provide links.
• HUD/Inspector keys (provided after onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with Inspection Relations Coordinator.

We areseekingreliable and detail-orientedIndependent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on behalf of mortgage companies. No licensing or certifications arerequired, and prior experience is a plus—but not necessary.

This is a great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule. Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.
This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutWA. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
