GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across South Carolina. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling, with options for part-time or full-time work and weekly pay.

Inspectors determine occupancy status, photograph properties, deliver notices, verify utilities, and complete reports using InspectorADE. You work independently within your assigned territory and communicate with the coordinator as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel within your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies for reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant) and photograph property.
• Deliver door notices, verify utilities, and document condition.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
