Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance to travel in your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property conditions.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
