Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across North Carolina on a flexible schedule. This 1099 contract role offers part-time or full-time options with weekly pay.

No licensing required; training and tools provided as needed. Inspectors will assess occupancy, photograph properties, and complete reports via InspectorADE, traveling locally in assigned counties.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with mortgage companies and inspectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
