GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies in Clinton County, NY. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, part-time or full-time options, and weekly pay.

No license required; prior experience is a plus. You will manage your own schedule and territory while inspecting exterior occupancy and occasional interior spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
