GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across your territory. This 1099 contract role offers flexibility, weekly pay, and independence in scheduling.

Responsibilities include occupancy checks, photographing properties, and documenting conditions using InspectorADE. Strong time management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/InspectorKeys.
• Voltstick and selfie stick may be needed.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule.Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in Essex County, NY.

Job Title: Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans

• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)

• Photograph and document property condition

• Deliver door notices and verify utilitystatus

• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE)

• Communicate regularly with theInspectionRelationsCoordinator
