Bristol County Savings Bank in Taunton, MA is seeking an Escrow Analyst to manage mortgage and commercial escrow accounts, oversee tax payments, insurance tracking, and PMI, and assist customers with escrow questions. The role reports to Consumer Loan Supervisor and sits in Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in loan operations or servicing, strong knowledge of RESPA and related regulations, proficiency with COCC or similar core systems, and excellent attention to detail and time

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RESPA, CFPB guidance and the Homeowners Protection Act.
• Experience reviewing mortgage loan documents related to escrow accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to research and resolve problems independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage, track and report on all aspects of mortgage and commercial escrow portfolios.
• Investigate real estate taxes and insurance-related issues and remit payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding escrow servicing and procedures.
• Ensure escrow activities comply with state and federal regulations and bank policy.
• Lead annual escrow analysis and monitor accounts for negative balances.
• Coordinate with servicing staff and provide training as needed.
