Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus relevant training.
• 1+ years banking or related lending experience.
• Experience with Encompass is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with strong customer service and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, track, and maintain mortgage disclosures throughout the loan process.
• Ensure timely delivery of initial and revised disclosure packages.
• Comply with Regulation Z, TRID, ECOA, RESPA, HMDA, and related regulations.
• Prepare and deliver Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, notices of intent to proceed, appraisal disclosures, and other loan docs.
• Monitor disclosure timelines to meet waiting periods and three-business-day Loan Estimate requirements.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Consultants, Processors, Underwriters, Closing staff, and vendors to obtain disclosures.
• Maintain electronic loan files and document disclosure activity in line with policies.
• Support quality control reviews to identify data discrepancies and fee tolerances.
