Bristol County Savings Bank in Taunton, MA is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist to manage the preparation, delivery, and tracking of required mortgage loan disclosures throughout the loan process. Under supervision, you will ensure timely delivery of Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures, maintain compliant records, and coordinate with loan staff and vendors while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Must be detail oriented and provide strong customer service and communications.
• Experience with loan processing software navigation (Encompass a plus).
• One plus years banking or related lending experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver initial and revised mortgage disclosures within regulatory timeframes.
• Review loan application data for completeness and accuracy to prepare disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with TILA, ECOA, RESPA, HMDA and appraisal disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Consultants, Processors, Underwriters, Closers and vendors to obtain information.
• Maintain electronic loan files and document disclosure activity per policies and regulations.
• Monitor disclosure timelines, including three-business-day Loan Estimate requirements.
