• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned work queues accurately and within established timelines.
• Review, organize, and track mortgage collateral and loan documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document handling throughout the process.
• Follow established procedures and identify exceptions or discrepancies for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners as needed.
• Maintain detailed system notes and documentation.
• Assist with document redaction and other compliance-related tasks when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned.
