Responsibilities

Office Administration: manage inventory, greet visitors, coordinate vendors, prepare mail, maintain spaces.
Final Documents Management: review mortgages and deeds, track title policies, obtain missing documents, organize files.
Post-Closing Audits: fix errors by contacting the closing agent or borrower for corrections.
System Updates: update loan systems, answer emails/phone calls, sort mail and match documents to files.
