You will review reports, support other auditors, and ensure 100% accuracy while communicating with clients, borrowers, and vendors. Proficiency in Windows, data entry, and real estate terminology are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing/Data Entry at 45 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Windows software applications.
• Knowledge of real estate terminology.

Responsibilities

• Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work.
• Assist and support the functions of other Doc Auditors as needed.
• Communication with outside agencies, clients and borrowers.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Print reports from established databases.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Review all documentation for 100% accuracy.
• Knowledge of client, vendor and borrower requirements.
• Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
