Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/office clerk experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate initial/revised loan estimates and closing disclosures within required timelines.
• Retrieve and analyze fees for accuracy.
• Review change of circumstance requests for validity and impact.
• Issue disclosures timely as required by TRID.
• Run automated compliance testing and clear alerts as applicable.
• Review files submitted by originators to ensure all credit, income, and asset documentation is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
