Responsibilities

• Provide customer and technical support via internal ticketing system.
• Review TRID disclosures and ensure compliance.
• communicate file deficiencies to internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with loan production teams to ensure workflow.
• Enter and update loan application data in Encompass.
• Maintain timely daily productivity and organization.
