Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Initial and Re-Disclosure packets in compliance with federal/state laws. You will work with Mortgage Team members to verify data, resolve issues, and prevent tolerance cures while supporting ongoing compliance initiatives.

The role requires attention to detail, strong regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Loan Originators, Processors, and Underwriters to deliver accurate disclosures

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements for loan disclosures (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
• Clear communication with Mortgage team and other departments

Responsibilities

• Review initial loan submission for accuracy and prepare final Loan Estimate
• Coordinate with originators, processors and underwriters on changes to avoid delays
• Review disclosure packages to ensure accurate completion
• Track applications in processing system and ensure timely disclosures
• Assist with questions regarding initial or re-disclosures
• Support compliance-related disclosures projects and training
