Responsibilities

• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters for data integrity.
• Document, store, and audit disclosure records for compliance purposes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in disclosure documents promptly.
• Assist with training and supporting staff on disclosure procedures.
• Provide administrative support related to the disclosure process.
