Job summary

Northwest Bank seeks a Registration/Disclosure Desk Supervisor to manage the loan intake disclosure process, assign duties to staff, and coordinate workflows. You will ensure timely disclosures within regulatory timelines and oversee all related platforms including Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Lender X.

The role requires experience in mortgage operations, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a focus on accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or business preferred.
• 5–6 years in Mortgage or Real Estate preferred.
• 3–5 years customer service and admin experience required.
• Ability to be very detail oriented and to analyze financial data.
• Understanding of financial markets and pricing implications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the registration/disclosure desk staff.
• Coordinate workflows in Encompass, Optimal Blue, and related systems.
• Ensure disclosures are sent within regulatory 3-day timelines.
• Oversee loan set-up, disclosures, and loan disclosures tracking.
• Monitor rate lock activity and pricing workflows.
