Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance/business preferred.
• 5-6 years mortgage industry or real estate experience preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service and administrative experience required.
• Ability to analyze financial data and understand market impacts on pricing.

• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and regulations across FHA, VA, USDA, and more.
• Communicate compliance requirements within the department.
• Coordinate workflows and pipelines in Encompass/Optimal Blue/Lender X.
• Monitor rate lock requests and disclosures within 3-day regulatory timelines.
• Oversee disclosure desk processing and loan setup tasks.
