Job summary

Northwest Bank Columbus is seeking a Registration/Disclosure Desk Supervisor to manage the disclosure and lock process within the loan intake function. You will assign desk tasks, coordinate workflows, and ensure regulatory timelines.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing Encompass/Optimal Blue workflows, and driving production goals while maintaining compliance and leveraging technology tools for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's in finance/business preferred.
• 5-6 years in the Mortgage Industry or Real Estate field preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service and administrative experience required.
• Very detail oriented with ability to analyze financial data.
• Ability to understand financial markets and pricing fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and regulations, and with third-party investors and vendors.
• Communicate compliance requirements within the department.
• Prepare management statistics and reports.
• Coordinate workflows and pipelines; know Encompass/Optimal Blue/Lender X and related software.
• Monitor rate lock requests via Optimal Blue or Pricing Automation.
• Supervise disclosure desk processing team.
• Oversee Encompass pipelines for disclosure preparation and delivery.
• Monitor disclosures and loan applications to meet 3-day regulatory deadlines.
• Manage flood zone determination ordering and disclosure process.
• Oversee change of circumstance requests and redisclosures within 3 days.
• Assign responsibilities to disclosure staff within loan setup/disclosure teams.
• Aim to exceed production goals and improve processes.
• Recommend product/delivery enhancements.
• Monitor pipelines for loan registrations, lock confirmations, disclosures, and appraisal tracking.
• Manage upfront disclosure process to ensure timely delivery and fee compliance.
• Maximize use of technology tools available.
