Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending.
• Working knowledge of MSP; familiarity with mortgage servicing systems and data is highly valuable.
• Experience working with data structures, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to review, compare, organize, and analyze data.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-resolution skills.
• Project management or project coordination experience, including planning and coordinating initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners, counterparties, and vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Experience supporting business goals, implementing initiatives, and improving operational processes.
• Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage loan transfer activities, including implementing process changes and operational improvements.
• Compare, validate, and analyze loan-related data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external counterparties, and vendors to investigate data issues.
• Apply knowledge of mortgage servicing data and MSP to support loan transfer processes.
• Assist with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion for loan transfers.
• Perform data-driven analysis to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Support project planning, organization, and execution to ensure initiatives succeed.
• Help develop training materials and implementation guidance for updated procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and executing business goals and operational initiatives.
