Qualifications

• Mortgage servicing knowledge within Home Lending.
• Working knowledge of MSP.
• Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending.
• Leverage MSP knowledge to support processes and data handling.
• Format, map, translate, and convert data as needed.
• Utilize advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze data.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners; manage priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
