Job summary

Verus Mortgage Capital is seeking a Systems Support Analyst for Mortgage Applications in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and keeping mortgage systems reliable and accessible.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, document solutions, and improve the user experience across internal and external applications. Hybrid work is required with in-office days Tuesday and Thursday in Bloomington, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in mortgage technology or IT.
• Experience supporting Mortgage Origination and Acquisition systems or mortgage industry knowledge.
• ITIL knowledge and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document clearly for users and partners.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide application configuration and support for internal system users.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with users and support team through resolution.
• Monitor application health and performance, escalating issues to minimize disruption.
• Work with multiple databases for supported applications.
• Balance tasks across multiple applications and priorities.
• Create knowledge base documentation for End User Support.
• Coordinate with Product Owners on business requirements and vendor solutions.
• Interact effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Hybrid in Bloomington, MN - Tuesday and Thursdays.
