Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-known Albuquerque organization to fill a Mortgage Customer Service role. The ideal candidate will help homeowners throughout their mortgage journey, handling inquiries about payments, escrow, and loan servicing, and delivering a professional, courteous experience.

The position is onsite in Albuquerque, Monday–Friday with evenings and weekends off. Requirements include a high school diploma, prior customer service in a professional setting,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• Mortgage servicing or escrow experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email regarding mortgage accounts.

Pay Details

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour
