Job summary

CANDID is seeking a Head of Product to help lenders evaluate our mortgage CRM platform, connect it to their business needs, and support adoption across teams. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role spans sales, implementation, enablement, and product communication.

You will lead discovery, deliver practical demonstrations, plan rollouts, and create training that makes new workflows easier for loan officers and administrators, working closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Direct experience evaluating and selecting a CRM or sales technology platform for a mortgage lender.
• Background in mortgage CRM, sales technology, digital mortgage, marketing technology, or sales enablement with vendor evaluations.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and explain technology choices to executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead lender discovery and translate requirements into demonstrations and evaluations.
• Guide product demonstrations, explain capabilities and gaps, and assess implementation effort and potential savings.
• Connect product capabilities to executives, technology leaders, marketing teams, and loan officers.
