Job summary

Ocrolus is hiring a hands-on Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to own onboarding, technical training, and educational content for our growing mortgage customer base. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Revenue to craft enablement strategy and world-class materials that accelerate launch timelines and product adoption.

Qualifications

• A passion for education and curriculum design.
• Mortgage industry exposure or experience in underwriting/operations.
• 2+ years building and delivering technical enablement, customer training, or implementation programs.
• Ability to translate product features into concrete workflows to originate loans.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for live and asynchronous training.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver scalable onboarding and education programs focused on using Ocrolus to originate mortgages.
• Create a progressive, modular curriculum mapped to mortgage origination workflows.
• Produce hands-on materials: labs, templates, runbooks, checklists.
• Run kickoff sessions, launch workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate features into practical guidance and integration patterns.
• Define onboarding readiness criteria and pre/post-sale enablement materials.
• Measure enablement KPIs and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product docs and training needs.
• Represent Ocrolus externally through webinars and customer events.
