Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Marketing Onboarding Manager to connect clients with the marketing team, drive onboarding, and promote CCM’s marketing solutions. You will coordinate communication, gather project details, and ensure adoption of marketing services across branches.

The role requires leading onboarding efforts, managing projects with Salesforce and Click-Up, and delivering exceptional service to new clients while traveling to CCM branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years leading marketing initiatives.
• Experience as an Account Manager, agency preferred.
• Experience in annual marketing planning for sales teams.
• Cross-functional marketing background with knowledge across digital and OOH channels.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies and measurable results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and problem resolution skills.
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to CCM branches to train staff on marketing tools.
• Gather project details and specs for campaigns from clients; manage information flow.
• Use Salesforce and Click-Up to manage projects.
• Provide updates and resolve client issues with regular reports.
• Lead onboarding calls for branches and corporate staff.
• Follow CCM’s onboarding roadmap to accelerate engagement.
• Promote CCM marketing services to new hires.
• Present new products and services to clients for adoption.
• Assist clients in conveying needs to project teams.
• Sell marketing services to clients.
• Conduct onsite marketing training at CCM branches.
• Interact with stakeholders across multiple groups; preserve positive partnerships.
• Other duties as assigned.
