Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a Mortgage Origination Specialist to provide specialized guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings at every life stage.

You will build and deepen client relationships, analyze financial needs, present tailored mortgage solutions, and manage the end-to-end loan process, including documentation and communications with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience, or equivalent demonstrating consultative sales and tailored financial solutions.
• Ability to listen to clients to determine needs and goals and interact proactively.
• Strong written and verbal communications; comfortable engaging clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to analyze financial data to advise on product pricing policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through borrowing and banking offerings.
• Build and deepen client relationships using bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and apply borrowing/banking knowledge to recommend suitable services.
• Present home lending product solutions and manage mortgage applications and documentation.
• Connect with clients via outreach and pipeline management activities and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Refer clients to internal partners based on needs and support delivery of exceptional client experience.
