Job summary

Newrez LLC is hiring a Correspondence & Dispute Specialist to manage Qualified Written Requests. You will review disputes, research loan history, and craft formal written responses to borrowers within deadlines.

The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent written communication, with on-site work at Greenville, SC. Expect collaboration with operations, adherence to RESPA, TILA, FCRA, CFPB guidelines, and ongoing regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required and 5+ years Mortgage Servicing or Origination experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree with English concentration and 2+ years Mortgage Servicing or Origination experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete tasks according to regulatory deadlines.
• Research loan history and applicable policies to determine if steps were followed.
• Identify root causes and plan actions for resolution.
• Ensure corrective actions are made to resolve disputes.
• Compose or review written responses providing final resolution.
