You will craft emails, newsletters, SMS, social campaigns, and educational assets while guiding tone and policy across teams. You will partner with product, legal, and compliance to ensure content is scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities, with a focus on engagement and brand

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing or similar.
• Experience creating mortgage-related content and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multi-channel content programs across email, SMS, social, and newsletters.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and content workflows.
• Knowledge of using AI to aid content while maintaining brand voice and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Write mortgage marketing content across emails, newsletters, SMS, social campaigns, and educational assets.
• Review content created by writers, designers, and cross-functional contributors.
• Translate complex mortgage information into clear, accessible content.
