Qualifications

• Prior writing experience through university clubs or coursework preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams, in-person or remotely.
• Willingness to learn SEO best practices and meet with stakeholders.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write new and update SEO-optimized content to educate customers and build the Freedom Mortgage brand.
• Conduct research and present clear, accurate content meeting regulatory requirements.
• Incorporate SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across mediums.
• Ensure all content is sourced and fact-checked before publication.
• Meet deadlines through established production and QA processes.
• Stay aware of industry news, AI tools, and content trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
