Qualifications

• Three plus years of writing experience.
• Proven content strategy for mortgage or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multi-channel content programs.
• Familiarity with CMS and marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with using AI to generate content while maintaining brand voice and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Creative Direction & Development for mortgage content across channels.
• Write content for mortgage emails, newsletters, SMS, social campaigns, and educational assets.
• Review content created by writers, designers, and cross-functional contributors.
• Translate complex mortgage information into clear, accessible content.
• Develop content strategy, messaging framework, and channel plans.
• Maintain a centralized content calendar across campaigns and workflows.
• Identify content needs, gaps, and opportunities across the mortgage lifecycle.
• Conduct content audits to support prioritization and improvements.
• Maintain content standards, templates, and review processes for quality and compliance.
• Promote consistent voice across teams and channels.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.
